Off to the gym

I just got a YMCA membership so I've been trying to go to the gym as often as I can. Those memberships aren't cheap!

I'm just heading out for another workout. I'm even incorporating a little bit of weightlifting into my routine. Hopefully that will make me better at soccer intramurals this year. Today I'm going to do a lot of running and a few leg press type workouts. Gotta build up those leg muscles! ;)

I used to go to the gym, but then I bought a pair of dumbbells and it is amazing the amount of different exercises you can do with just the dumbbells. You can literally exercise every part of your body.

Yes, they are quite expensive. I had to pay $150 and it wasn't even a legit gym.

legs are easy to do :)
I can do about 600 for the leg press, or well I used to be. My ass got lazy and stopped going to the gym
